Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to work with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will provide computerized support to help attorneys plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present cases efficiently.

Responsibilities include data management, platform support, and assisting with trial preparation. Requires strong organizational and analytical skills and experience with electronic discovery tools in a hybrid U.S. office setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in the complete litigation support process including database management, searching and reporting.
• Experience with electronic discovery management and trial support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases for a matter including user accounts and access rights.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and assist with data productions.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom setup of electronic equipment.
• Support data import/export and data manipulation as needed.
• Handle ESI processing through advanced technology for data analysis.
