Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to work with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will provide computerized support to help attorneys plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present cases in a more cost- and time-efficient manner.

The role covers day-to-day data management and review platform support, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under supervision. This is a hybrid US-based position with opportunity for collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in litigation technology support or related field.
• Experience with electronic discovery management and data review platforms.
• Knowledge of database management, searching and reporting in litigation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases for cases, including user accounts, access, review layouts, and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and generate data productions with quality control.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms and assist in trial preparation.
• Support data import/export and data manipulation as needed; use tools like Clearwell for analysis.
• Assist with collection efforts of ESI and provide timelines/estimates to project managers.
• Help develop and maintain best practices for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
