Job summary

DLA Piper LLP (US) is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will provide computerized support to help attorneys plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present cases efficiently, with a focus on data management and review platforms.

This role is hybrid and can sit in any US office location. It supports trial preparation, data import/export, and ESI processing, while maintaining best practices and delivering

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in litigation technology support including Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.
• Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases, manage user access and search layouts.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and QC before production.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platform.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom setup of electronic equipment.
• Support data import/export and data manipulation.
• Process ESI with tools like Clearwell to enable data analysis.
• Provide timelines and estimates to project manager for data.
• Develop and maintain best practices for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
