Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to collaborate with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. The role supports attorneys by providing computer-based assistance for planning, organizing, researching, analyzing and presenting cases more efficiently.

It includes data management and review platform support under supervision. The position offers a hybrid work schedule across US offices, with responsibilities ranging from database setup to trial support and ESI

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in information systems, CS, or related field.
• Proven experience in litigation technology support (2+ years) and familiarity with electronic evidence.
• Experience with database management, ESI processing, and data review platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases for cases, manage user access, review layouts, and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and support data productions with QA.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms and assist with collection efforts.
• Support attorneys in trial prep and courtroom set-up of electronic equipment.
• Assist with data import/export and data manipulation as needed.
• Apply technology to ESI analysis (e.g., Clearwell) and maintain best practices.
