The position offers a hybrid schedule with one day per week in the Northbrook office and requires commuting to Northbrook, IL as needed for trial prep and business needs.

Formación

• Paralegal certification required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in litigation paralegal work.
• Experience with Illinois civil/state and federal deadlines is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys with discovery, including interrogatories, requests for admissions, and production.
• Coordinate trial preparation: witnesses, travel, exhibits, notebooks, subpoenas.
• Review and organize medical records and calculate damages.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and attorneys on case status.
