Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Paralegal certificate preferred; CP designation a plus.
• Minimum 8–10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation from inception through trial, post-trial motions, and appeals.
• Organize, maintain, and manage case files, exhibits, pleadings, discovery materials, and other case-related documentation.
• Ensure case materials and workspaces are client-ready, organized, and efficiently maintained.
• Prepare attorneys and witnesses for depositions and expert discovery; conduct large-scale document reviews and productions.
• Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other platforms; summarize documents and transcripts.
• Draft routine pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other court filings; coordinate federal and state filings.
