Overview

Trial Litigation Paralegal – Downtown Dallas (Full-Time, In-Office)

A prominent Dallas-based litigation team is seeking an experienced Trial Litigation Paralegal to support a busy white-collar and complex commercial litigation practice. This is a full-time, fully in-office role (Monday–Friday) located in Downtown Dallas, working closely with a team of 11–12 trial attorneys, including three high-volume partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive trial support, including trial prep, exhibit management, witness binders, and courtroom assistance
• Draft, proof, and file high-volume litigation documents in federal court (PACER)
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and attorney workflows
• Conduct document review and litigation support using DISCO
• Handle timekeeping and billing through Elite
• Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy, discovery, and trial logistics
• Maintain exceptional accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong federal court filing experience (PACER)
• Background supporting white collar, tax litigation, controversy matters, or business-to-business disputes
• Proven ability to support multiple partners simultaneously
• High-volume drafting and filing experience
• Strong judgment, discretion, and polished communication skills
• Comfortable working fully onsite and keeping pace with a demanding workflow
