Job summary

Fenwick & West is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with deep knowledge of state, federal and ITC court rules, litigation procedures and discovery, including electronic discovery. This position can be based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY and offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience (patent trial experience preferred).
• Exemplary communication, research and organizational skills.
• The ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, deadline driven environment.
• Strong Excel and database experience required.
• Experience working in a large corporate setting or law firm preferred.
• A four-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Comfort working and continuously testing and experimenting with AI tools and evolving technology.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation teams with discovery, document management and trial prep.
• Coordinate electronic discovery and database management processes.
• Interact with attorneys, vendors and clients to manage deadlines and filings.
• Assist with trial preparation and administrative tasks as needed.
