Considine Search seeks a Litigation Paralegal with knowledge of state, federal and ITC court rules, discovery, and e-discovery. This role can be based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY with a hybrid schedule requiring three on-site days per week.

The position offers a 37.5-hour work week (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:30 pm) with potential extra in-office days based on client needs. 3+ years of experience and strong Excel/database skills are required.

Summary

A well-regarded national law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal with thorough knowledge of state, federal and ITC court rules, litigation procedures and discovery processes (including electronic discovery). This position can be based in the Mountain View, CA or New York, NY office. The position offers a hybrid schedule and requires three days onsite per week at the designated office, with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business and client needs. The work schedule is 37.5 hours per week (non-exempt), Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
