Job summary

Fenwick & West LLP seeks a Litigation Paralegal with strong knowledge of state, federal and ITC court rules, procedures, and discovery, including e-discovery. The position supports Mountain View, CA or New York, NY offices in a hybrid schedule.

The role requires 3+ years of litigation experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and databases. A four-year degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is preferred; familiarity with AI tools is desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience (patent trial experience preferred).
• Exemplary communication, research and organizational skills.
• The ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, deadline driven environment.
• Strong Excel and database experience required.
• Experience working in a large corporate setting or law firm preferred.
• A four-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Comfort working and continuously testing and experimenting with AI tools and evolving technology.
