Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with Practice Group Partners/Associates/Paralegals and clients
• Produce high quality, error-free work in a timely manner
• Coordinate secretarial support and scheduling for assigned attorneys
• Manage litigation filings and court rules knowledge
• Assist with billing, time entry, and reimbursements
• Travel for trials and trial preparation as needed
