Haley Stuart Group in Northern New Jersey seeks a Litigation Paralegal to join a client team on a hybrid schedule. The role supports a senior litigation partner and provides some support to other attorneys.

Responsibilities include drafting subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, motions, and eCourts filings; maintaining case files, calendars, and litigation timelines; assisting with monthly billing; and conducting legal research using Westlaw and AI tools like CoCounsel.

Formación

• 3+ years of complex commercial/business litigation experience
• Strong drafting and e-filing skills (NJ eCourts required)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently
• Experience with NetDocuments a plus; Salesforce training provided

Responsabilidades

• Draft subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other filings
• Manage NJ eCourts filings (NY and federal preferred)
• Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation timelines
• Assist with monthly billing during the first week of each month
• Conduct research (Westlaw; AI tools like CoCounsel a plus)
• Collaborate with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently
