• Experience with NetDocuments a plus; Salesforce training provided

The Role

We’re seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our clients team in the Northern New Jersey (Morris County area). This role primarily supports a senior litigation partner, with some additional support to other attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Draft subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other filings
• Manage NJ eCourts filings (NY and federal preferred)
• Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation timelines
• Assist with monthly billing during the first week of each month
• Conduct research (Westlaw; AI tools like CoCounsel a plus)
• Collaborate with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently

Schedule & Location

Hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 remote after 1–2 month ramp-up

Hours:

9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (team leaves promptly at 5)

Summer Fridays:

Office closes at 3:00 p.m.

Compensation

• Salary:up to $90,000 for highly experienced candidates
• Discretionary annual bonus
