Haley Stuart Group in Somerset County is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal for an on-site role with potential hybrid flexibility. You will support four attorneys on high-profile matters, draft and proofread legal documents, manage calendars, and perform data reporting using Excel and Word.

The position offers primarily on-site work with the possibility of 1–2 remote days per week after training, and compensation up to $90,000 commensurate with experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new software (training provided on case management systems such as Logicull).

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to four attorneys handling several high-profile client matters.
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents with a strong eye for accuracy and detail.
• Manage case files, maintain calendars, and coordinate deadlines.
• Utilize Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs for data management and reporting.
• Conduct legal research and cite-checking (Lexis experience is a plus, but not required).
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm - this role is open to supporting various practice groups.
