Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to support a growing Spokane region firm. This full-time, direct-hire role covers case management, discovery, and trial prep across Spokane and Coeur d’Alene offices.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of civil litigation paralegal experience in Washington and/or Idaho, a paralegal certificate, and strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and document management tools.

Qualifications

• At least three years of civil litigation paralegal experience in Washington and/or Idaho.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation rules, procedures, and electronic court filing requirements.
• Estate planning and probate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and client communications throughout the litigation process.
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.
• Support discovery by reviewing, coding, organizing, and preparing documents for production.
• Maintain case chronologies, evidence, and electronic document databases.
• Assist with motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, courts, and outside professionals across multiple office locations.
• Assist with estate planning, probate, estate administration, and real estate matters as needed.
