Innovative Driven is seeking a dynamic Litigation Paralegal to join its New York office. The role offers an initial fully onsite period of three months, followed by a hybrid arrangement with three days onsite and two remote, workload permitting.

You will support high-stakes, sophisticated litigation alongside a talented attorney group, handling document production, filings and discovery with strong e-discovery and research tools.

Competenze

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Proficient in court databases (PACER, Courtlink, BloombergLaw, CourtAlert).
• Proficient with e-discovery tools (Everlaw, Relativity).
• Familiar with AI tools used in the legal industry.
• Knowledge of New York Civil Practice Law & Rules and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, PowerPoint skills.

Mansioni

• Manage case documents, including collection, organization, review and production of documents.
• Draft, review and revise litigation documents.
• Assist with the preparation of court filings, including cite and fact checking legal briefs.
• Proofread and assemble exhibits and appendices.
• Utilize research tools like Westlaw and PACER.
• Draft discovery documents and pleadings for attorney review.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for production and log creations.
• Complete electronic filings in assigned courts.
