Qualifications

• Paralegal certification and 3–5 years of litigation experience in California.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation deadlines and rules (state and federal).
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills; highly organized.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery propounding and responses, and prepare deposition binders.
• Manage trial preparation: witnesses, travel, exhibits, charts, notebooks, and binders.
• Review and organize medical records, damages calculations, and related billings.
• Communicate case status with clients, experts, and attorneys.
