Career Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm in Wilmington, DE. The role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, including court filings, discovery, eDiscovery, case management, and trial preparation.

Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days on-site at the Wilmington office. Compensation ranges from $83k to $93k base, with discretionary bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in litigation
• Ability to fluently navigate various electronic databases and document management systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and firm software (Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision
• Attention to detail and strong analytical and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Support through all phases of litigation with court filings, discovery, and trial prep
• Maintain integrity of client files
• File documents electronically via File & ServeXpress and PACER CM/ECF
• Perform legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER and related sites
• Coordinate with case teams to track deadlines and needs
• Mentor junior paralegals and improve workflows with technology
