The role supports a variety of attorneys through discovery, trial and appellate preparation, court filings, document management, and exhibit preparation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, litigation experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Strong time management to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent judgment and discretion.
• Experience in products liability, toxic torts, and/or asbestos litigation a plus.
• Knowledge of legal formats, procedures, terminology, and court-related platforms (e.g., PACER).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel and LexisNexis.
• Experience with Juris and Aderant Total Office is a plus.
• Able to function and contribute as part of a team.
• Work well under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process under attorney supervision.
• Assist with discovery, trial and appellate preparation.
• Perform court filings and document management/production.
• Prepare exhibits and manage materials for hearings and trials.
