Responsibilities

• Manage and report on cases from filing to resolution.
• Collect, organize, analyze and summarize case documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, medical and employment records and appellate briefing.
• Conduct various research including docket searches and factual and legal research to support client defenses
• Prepare reporting for upcoming trial-set and other significant matters.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with counsel network across the country.
