The role operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 remote) with a salary range of $85,000–$95,000 per year. Start date determines eligibility and year-end bonuses are discretionary.

The position entails managing client files, conducting legal research, and assisting with document preparation while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four years relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to attorneys in daily management of multiple complex matters.
• Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet billable expectations.
• Gather data and develop networks of resources for cases.
• Oversee client files and maintain documentation.
• Research procedures and analyze information to inform decisions.
• Assist with preparation and review of legal documents.
