Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Seattle team in a hybrid role. You will support attorneys across all litigation phases, assist with pleadings, discovery, and trial prep, and coordinate document review and eDiscovery workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities while communicating with clients, courts, and vendors. Competitive benefits and a collaborative environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting all phases of litigation.
• Experience with document review, discovery management, and eDiscovery processes.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support technologies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, stipulations, complaints, discovery requests and responses, demand letters, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, witnesses, experts, and vendors
• Analyze, organize, and summarize legal documents, medical records, employment records, and case materials
• Coordinate document collection, review, and production for discovery
• Work with eDiscovery and ESI vendors on document preservation, collection, and production
• Manage electronic document review and production platforms
• Investigate claims and assist with witness and expert identification and interviews
• Maintain case files and litigation databases
• Support attorneys with motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
