Responsibilities

• Organize exhibits and assist with trial and deposition preparation
• Experience in cite-checking, e-filing, E-discovery, Lexis, and Westlaw
• Draft Summons, Complaints, Demands, Answers
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with attorneys, staff, vendors, clients, and court personnel
• NetDocs experience a plus
