The Goodkind Group in Newark, NJ is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role combines high-level litigation management with document production and essential administrative coordination.

The ideal candidate has a strong litigation background, meticulous attention to detail, and advanced proficiency with industry-standard legal software, along with flexibility for early/late trial hours as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of law firm litigation experience required.
• Notary Public commission within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit electronic court filings across Federal, State, and Bankruptcy courts.
• Coordinate service of process and document production with filing partners.
• Organize exhibit lists and trial binders; assist with light paralegal tasks.
• Monitor calendars, route communications, and assist with billing workflows.
