Job summary

Hybrid work environment with a salary around $65K plus bonus and GREAT benefits; insurance and retirement options are offered. Previous experience with NetDocuments is preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Texas and federal filing procedures.
- Experience drafting, proofreading, formatting, and finalizing legal documents.
- Excellent calendaring and deadline management.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with NetDocuments preferred.
- Discretion and client service focus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Electronically file documents in state and federal courts.
- Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines.
- Coordinate depositions, meetings, travel, and court appearances.
- Open new matters and perform conflict checks.
- Organize electronic and physical case files.
- Assist with time entry and client invoices.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and counsel.
