Candidates should have 5+ years in labor & employment and civil litigation, be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of labor & employment and civil litigation experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
• Handle federal and state e-filing for motions, briefs, and other court documents.
• Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
• Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
