Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and e-file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist attorneys with case management including scheduling.
• Organize and maintain case files for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate discovery processes including document collection.
• Draft correspondence and assist with trial binders preparation.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and vendors.
