Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a premier global law firm, seeks a Litigation Docketing Manager for its New York office with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. You will maintain the litigation docket, oversee staff, and ensure accurate deadlines across federal, state, and local courts.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in litigation docketing with 3-5 years in supervisory roles, and proficiency with PACER, NYSCEF, and CompuLaw/ProLaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and calendars.
• Experience supervising docket staff or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the litigation docket and calendar; records all documents and tracks deadlines.
• Advises attorneys on court rules and practices; develops docketing policies.
• Coordinates service of process and retrieval of documents; interfaces with investigators as needed.
• Develops docket reports and ad hoc reports for attorneys and staff.
• Monitors active matters in state and federal courts and electronic filing systems.
• Leads training for Litigation Docket clerks and specialists; oversees electronic filings.
