The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and at least seven years of related experience, with hybrid in-office/remote scheduling across several CA venues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Seven years of related experience preferred.
• Understanding of court docketing and calendaring procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with docketing software such as CompuLaw.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the computerized docket system for litigation attorneys in multiple courts.
• Enter deadlines and data into the calendaring database per standards.
• Manage complex docketing like scheduling orders.
• Research deadlines, local rules, and court procedures as needed.
• Respond to requests about calendared events and court procedures.
• Train staff on the docket system and calendaring procedures.
