Job summary

Foley Mansfield seeks a Litigation Attorney to join the general litigation team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, products liability, or toxic torts. New York admission is required; New Jersey and Pennsylvania admission is a bonus.

The role is hybrid, though mostly remote. You will manage cases through all phases of litigation, including depositions, motions, and trial preparation, and work closely with a team

Qualifications

• Experience in general liability, products liability, and/or toxic torts.
• New York admission required; New Jersey and Pennsylvania admission a bonus.
• Self-starter with strong communication and teamwork skills.

We have an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join our general litigation team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in the areas of general liability, products liability, and/or toxic torts. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and work well with others in a team-oriented environment. The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. New York admission required. New Jersey and Pennsylvania admission is a bonus. This position is hybrid, though mostly remote.
