Job summary

Foley And Mansfield, P.L.L.P. in New York seeks a Hybrid Litigation Attorney to join the general litigation team. This full-time role offers $140,000 to $160,000 annually and a hybrid, mostly remote work arrangement. NY admission is required; NJ/PA admissions are a bonus.

Hybrid Litigation Attorney

Salary Range: $140,000.00 To $160,000.00 Annually

We have an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join our general litigationteam in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in the areas of general liability, products liability, and/or toxic torts. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and work well with others in a team-oriented environment. The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. New York admission required. New Jersey and Pennsylvania admission is a bonus. This position ishybrid, though mostly remote.
