Qualifications

• 2–4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, products liability, and/or toxic torts.
• New York admission is required; New Jersey and Pennsylvania admissions are a bonus.
• Hybrid work arrangement, mostly remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation including depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are essential.
