Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar, licensed to practice in Indiana.
• Experience in personal injury law or estate planning is preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Lexis-Nexis or similar platforms.
• Excellent legal drafting abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and advocate for clients' interests.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a law office setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare for depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and explore alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Collaborate with partners on strategy for commercial litigation, probate matters, and insurance defense cases.
