Job summary

TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a High level Tech Support Rep with Linux experience for a hybrid role. Work 1 day remote and 4 days in-office in Scottsdale. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, building SME knowledge, assisting customers across channels, reporting trends, and using AI tools to resolve issues. Training is provided; conversion to permanent is possible after 6 months.

Qualifications

Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone.
Salesforce, CRM, MS Dynamics.
Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least.
Bachelors is preferred.
Fluent with technology and troubleshooting exp.
Tech Support (must have).
Linux Experience (must have).
AI tools.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software.
Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions.
Assist customers through multiple communication channels.
Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement.
Provide first-class technical support to customers.
Utilize AI tools to solve customer technical issues.
