Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. seeks a Lighting Technology Designer to design, specify, and layout lighting control systems and automated shading solutions for luxury residential projects.

You will collaborate with internal Project Design, Business Development, and Project Management teams, and with clients and design partners to deliver accurate, elegant lighting solutions using AutoCAD and related tools. Travel to client meetings and site visits within showroom markets is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in lighting design or related discipline.
• 3+ years of project-based residential, lighting control, fixture, or design/drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate system layouts for lighting controls and shading solutions.
