You will work with real-world EHR data (~120M+ patients) to produce analyses and support study design decisions. You will collaborate with life sciences customers, balance rapid-response analytics with rigorous investigations, and help shape research methods and interpretation while

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in clinical research, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, clinical informatics, or a related field
• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role delivering research studies & analyses
• 3+ years wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data or other Real World Data in life sciences or healthcare
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R and/or Python for statistical analysis
• Experience with large, multi-domain healthcare datasets and distributed computing
• Willingness to learn new coding languages including proprietary ones
• Strong understanding of real-world evidence principles including bias and study design
• Experience presenting research findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Partner with life sciences customers to translate research questions into analytical approaches
• Provide technical analytics support and customer troubleshooting during analyses
• Scope customer analyses and produce studies using SQL, R, and Python
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and advance research goals
• Apply cohort design, bias mitigation, and statistical analysis methods
• Communicate project status and collaborate with success managers
• Guide customers on study design tradeoffs and interpretation of results
• Lead customer discussions to unblock research challenges
• Support peer-reviewed publications and high-quality research outputs
• Deliver rapid analyses and deeper investigations as needed
• Provide code and notebook troubleshooting and technical support
• Create enablement materials as the platform evolves
• Collaborate to investigate data quality and data reliability
• Provide feedback to inform product roadmap
