Truveta Research is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join an internal research organization focused on showing what’s possible with Truveta and producing high-impact research. You’ll work with clinicians, researchers, engineers, and product teams to transform large real-world EHR datasets into actionable insights.

The role offers collaboration across disciplines, writing and presenting findings to varied audiences, and the opportunity to impact healthcare through data science.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health services research, data science, or related quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on analytics with R and/or Python for publication-quality analyses.
• 3+ years in scientific writing and publications.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research studies with literature review, study design, analysis plan, data analysis, results interpretation, and dissemination of findings.
• Develop analysis code to process, wrangle, and analyze data with documentation.
• Write reports, abstracts, and manuscripts for diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate status and timelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, clinical researchers, product and engineering teams.
• Provide feedback on research solutions addressing real-world healthcare challenges.
