Truveta is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead strategic relationships with health systems, life sciences organizations, and research partners. You will translate clinical questions into real‑world data and evidence workflows, leveraging EMR data and healthcare analytics to deliver value.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in healthcare analytics or customer success, plus strong communication and project management skills. Some travel is expected, with a flexible, remote-friendly work model.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with EMR data, RWD, RWE, public health research, or regulatory submissions.
• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting in healthcare analytics.
• Experience with clinical research, epidemiology, health services research or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Guide customers through analyses, cohort definitions, study design, data interpretation and use of Truveta products.
• Translate goals into deliverables; coordinate with product, research, engineering, and support teams.
• Manage education, enablement, training, and executive-ready communications and reports.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, informatics, analytics, and research stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and revenue; support renewal planning.
• Proactively identify risks and propose practical resolution strategies.
• Occasional domestic travel (~2-5x/yr) and virtual meetings across US time zones.
