Job summary

Truveta is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Research Analyst to join Truveta Research. You will collaborate with communications, marketing, engineering, product, and fellow researchers to transform real-world EHR data into impactful insights through writing, data visualization, and presentations.

The role offers the chance to work with a dataset of over 130 million patients, publish findings, and contribute to a mission-driven team while advancing healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree as listed in qualifications.
• Data analytics and applied statistical methods: 3+ years with R and/or Python and health sciences.
• Scientific publication or scientific writing: 3+ years of publishing experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration: 3+ years partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter: ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end research studies, including literature review, study design, analysis plan development, data analysis, results interpretation, and dissemination of findings.
• Write and maintain data analysis code to process, wrangle, and analyze data, with documentation.
• Write reports, conference abstracts, and manuscripts to showcase research methods and outputs.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate status and timelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, clinical researchers, product and engineering teams to drive project success.
• Represent researcher input by providing feedback on research solutions for healthcare challenges.
