Job description

Truveta is the world’s first health provider led data platform with a vision of Saving Lives with Data. Our mission is to enable researchers to find cures faster, empower every clinician to be an expert, and help families make the most informed decisions about their care. Achieving Truveta’ s ambitious vision requires an incredible team of talented and inspired people with a special combination of health, software and big data experience who share our company values.

Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere.

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

Who We Need

Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.

The Opportunity

The Customer Success Manager will sit within the Success team on the Partner Insights, Enablement and Success team. This role will own strategic customer relationships with healthcare systems, life sciences organizations, and research partners, helping customers translate complex clinical questions into successful real‑world data and evidence workflows. The ideal candidate combines enterprise healthcare technology customer success experience - especially experience with EMR data or EMR vendors - with a strong foundation in clinical practice, real‑world data or evidence, public health, outcomes research, or epidemiology.

Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, research execution, renewal readiness, and expansion. Develop success plans, establish measurable outcomes, and ensure customers realize sustained value from Truveta.
  • Guide customers through research and analytics workflows, including cohort definition, feasibility assessment, study design considerations, data interpretation, and effective use of Truveta products and services.
  • Translate customer goals, clinical workflows, and research questions into clear requirements, action plans, and deliverables. Coordinate across product, research, engineering, commercial, and support teams to drive resolution and progress.
  • Manage customer education, enablement, training, and stakeholder and executive‑ready communications. Clearly summarize research findings, product capabilities, risks, and recommendations in Truveta‑branded reports, slide decks, and presentations.
  • Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, informatics, analytics, and research stakeholders at health systems and life sciences organizations. Serve as a strategic advisor and customer advocate.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and expand customer impact. Partner with commercial teams on account planning, renewal preparation, and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify delivery, workflow, or adoption risks and develop practical recommendations for resolution.
  • Occasional but mandatory domestic travel (~2-5x/yr), plus the ability to attend virtual meetings across US time zones.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience working in a field which developed exposure to and understanding of electronic medical record (EMR) data, real‑world data (RWD), real‑world evidence (RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, ideally with a focus on life science or healthcare analytics customers.
  • Demonstrated experience with public health research, epidemiology, outcomes research, health services research, real‑world data (RWD), real‑world evidence (RWE), or clinical research.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align clinical, technical, operational, and executive audiences around shared goals and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain scientific, analytical, and technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of familiarity.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to timely, high‑quality execution.
  • High degree of professionalism, curiosity, empathy, and enthusiasm for Truveta's mission of Saving Lives with Data.
  • Direct experience working at an EMR vendor, or substantial experience implementing, supporting, or advising customers on Epic or Cerner platforms and workflows is an absolute plus.
