Tailored Management is seeking a Financial Services Representative – Life New Business to join a Fortune 500 insurer in Columbus, OH. The role supports policyholders, agents, brokers, and internal partners with strong customer service and policy interpretation.

The hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) in Grandview Heights features daytime hours and a $19/hr pay rate, with onboarding pending. Candidates should have solid office skills and insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3 years of work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of product-related customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, agents, and government agencies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and partners via phone and written correspondence.
• Assist customers with financial transactions and policy-related requests.
• Interpret contract provisions for life insurance products and assumed business.
