You will handle inquiries, process financial transactions, interpret contracts, and support policyholders, agents, and other Enterprise units while maintaining regulatory knowledge and best practices. This is a full-time, non-weekend position with credit/background checks.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to interpret contracts and explain provisions clearly.
• Experience handling financial transactions and insurance products.
• Familiarity with office procedures, record keeping, and basic math.
• Eligibility for credit/background checks as part of the process.
• Hybrid work availability in Columbus, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service for customers and brokers.
• Interpret contract provisions for current and past products.
• Receive and respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, and agencies.
• Process monetary transactions within policy limits.
• Maintain knowledge of product provisions and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cases needing advanced knowledge and refer accordingly.
• Perform other duties as required.
