Job summary

SIG Insurance Services, LLC Corporate Headquarters in Houston seeks a part-time, hybrid Life & Health Assistant to provide administrative support to the Life & Health Department Manager. This role focuses on delivering efficient administrative services within a busy insurance practice.

You will assist with client service, case management, and ongoing account maintenance across group medical insurance, ancillary benefits, renewals, and Medicare workflows, while developing knowledge to work more

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in insurance or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Proactive problem solving and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across SIG Life & Health practice.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate carrier calls.
• Assist with group medical, ancillary benefits, renewals, and underwriting support.
• Support client service, case management, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Coordinate with carriers and respond to service requests.
• Handle insurance applications and follow-up with underwriters.
