Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking an OAM Specialist or Analyst to support the Inforce Life business. The role blends complex inquiry handling with proactive relationship management and operational excellence.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, balancing accuracy, speed, and customer service in a hybrid Newport Beach or Omaha setting. The position requires FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7, at least 2 years in CMD Operations, and a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE certification required
• Series 6 or 7 registrations required at time of application
• 2+ years CMD Operations experience
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle call/email/communication for financial professionals and firms with high quality and efficiency.
• Diagnose issues clearly and anticipate customer needs.
• Explain rationale behind procedures or requests clearly.
• Review escalated case submissions and use resources to resolve them.
• Monitor issue resolution status and ensure proper processing.
• Communicate outcomes to requestors effectively.
• Provide consultations for first-time/complex business to ensure post-issue resolution within Life operations
