Responsibilities

• Responds to high volumes of incoming calls and written communications to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Asks qualifying questions to identify customer needs and educates on products/services.
• Follows up on leads and performs outbound calling from marketing campaigns.
• Provides information about product offerings, terms, and rights owner information.
• Assists customers with license renewals and understands reporting procedures for royalties.
• Maintains and updates customer accounts in databases and systems.
• Delivers first level technical support for online services and escalates when needed.
