Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to large volumes of incoming calls and written communications to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs.
• Qualifies customer needs and educates on products and services as solutions, assists with renewals or new licenses.
• Performs outbound calling to prospective customers and follows up on leads from marketing campaigns.
• Provides first level technical support for online services and maintains up-to-date customer account information.
