Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service/administrative roles; experience in insurance context is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand regulations to accurately contract, appoint and maintain agents.
• Review new agent contracts for completeness and accuracy until compliant.
• Setup agent master and hierarchy records for proper contract and commission structures.
• Request and review due diligence reports to ensure acceptance within guidelines.
• Appoint all new agents and review state DOI responses for compliance.
• Index documents in image queue meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Address agent problems and correct data to meet targets.
• Process address changes, commission changes, and agent transfers.
• Review state agent renewal listings to ensure active appointments.
• Review DOI-generated termination advisories and notify relevant parties.
• Answer calls and emails within 4 business hours.
• Complete other assignments and goals as directed.
