Infinite Abilities Counseling, LLC is seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join a trauma‑informed, neurodiversity‑affirming team in Virginia. The role blends telehealth with a welcoming in‑person office and supports clinicians in offering evidence‑based care to children, adolescents, and adults.

You will build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and families, create strengths‑based treatment plans, and work with diverse populations including trauma survivors and LGBTQIA+

Formación

• Active Virginia license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist is required.
• Experience working with individuals and families in therapy.
• Comfort with telehealth and in-person sessions balancing flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Build meaningful, long‑term therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Create individualized, strengths‑based treatment plans.
• Work with a diverse caseload including neurodivergent individuals and families.
• Deliver services through telehealth and in‑person appointments.
• Collaborate with referral partners and other professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain timely, ethical clinical documentation.
• Contribute ideas for new groups, specialty services, and partnerships.
