Job summary

Thriveworks in Charlottesville, VA seeks licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You will join a clinician-led national network with credentialing, scheduling, and training support to build a full caseload within 90 days.

Independent VA licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) is required, with ability to treat diverse clients, including couples and children, using modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed to practice in Virginia.
• Willing to provide telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Commitment to measurable client progress and ethics.

Responsibilities
