Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our extensive client base across the country. This role offers a mix of telehealth and in‑person sessions from Midlothian, VA, with flexible scheduling and administrative support to focus on clinical work.

You must be independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD), be available for at least 15 sessions per week with 20 hours of client contact, and comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools as
